Answers to common questions about IntuBlade’s privacy practices.

Do you use customer data to train AI models?
Yes. We may use uploaded content (e.g., video, images, metadata) to improve our algorithms, performance, and product features. All such use follows strict safeguards and is de-identified where possible. See Terms of Service for details.

Can we enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. A DPA is available upon request. See our DPA page for details.

How long is data retained?
Retention defaults to 7 years but is configurable from 7 days to 7 years depending on your use case.

How can we delete data?
You can delete individual videos, logs, or entire accounts through the admin portal or via API. Contact privacy@intublade.com for assistance.

What happens to data after our contract ends?
If you delete your files, they're permanently removed. If not, we retain them for up to 7 years unless you request deletion.
