At IntuBlade, our USB-C connected video laryngoscope is compatible with a wide range of devices to ensure seamless functionality in emergency airway management. Please check the list below to confirm that your device is supported. Our focus is on delivering a smooth user experience across both iOS and Android devices.

Apple iOS Devices

Compatible iOS Devices (with iOS 17 or newer)

Our laryngoscope currently works with the following iPads featuring a USB-C connection. Unfortunately, iPhones are not supported at this time.

  • iPad Pro (13-inch) (7th generation)

  • iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th generation)

  • iPad Pro (11-inch) (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 7th generation)

  • iPad (10.9-inch) (10th generation)

  • iPad Air (4th, 5th, and 6th generation)

  • iPad Mini (6th generation)

Note:

  • Beta versions of iOS are not supported.

  • iPhones will not work with IntuBlade at this time. Please stay tuned for future updates.

User Reports:

We have received reports that users have successfully used a USB-C to Lightning adapter to connect IntuBlade to older iPads or iPods with Lightning ports. However, we cannot independently verify these claims, and performance or functionality may vary. Use of adapters is at your own risk.

Android

IntuBlade is designed to work with most Android devices, including tablets and smartphones with USB-C connectivity and running Android 10 or newer. However, we have not been able to independently verify compatibility with every Android device.

Important Notes:

  • Your Samsung device must be in tablet mode. Desktop Experience (DeX) Mode is not supported.

  • The Samsung Galaxy A9 tablet with a MediaTek Helio G99 processor is not compatible with IntuBlade.

  • The Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10 International variant devices do not meet the required data transfer rates for clinical imaging. We only support the US and Canadian editions of these devices.

  • The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and Tab S7 FE are not supported.

Google Devices

IntuBlade is compatible with a range of Google Pixel devices, ensuring smooth connectivity via USB-C for those running Android 10 or newer. Please note that beta versions of Android are not supported.

Supported Google Pixel Devices:

  • Google Pixel 6

  • Google Pixel 7 Pro

Other Android Devices:

We have received multiple reports that IntuBlade is compatible with numerous other Android mobile devices, but we have not been able to independently test these. If your device is not listed above, you may use IntuBlade at your own risk.

Coming Soon

We are continuously working to expand our compatibility. Here’s what’s coming soon to IntuBlade:

  • iPhone: Support for iPhones with USB-C is planned for future updates.

  • Windows laptops: Compatibility with Windows laptops is in development and will be available soon.
